AVP, I have about 10 years of work ex out of which about 8 years is in technology sales.  I started off as a sales rep with C-DAC ACTS division where I used to liaison with various government departments (State & Center) for implementation of e-Governance projects.  My next IT exposure was with Integra where I used to head the Eastern Region (10 states) of India. There I used to be the SPOC for 3 nationalized banks for their Financial Inclusion projects apart from the RM role. The projects were all turnkey (Hardware/Software/Operations/AMC).  Later, I moved to a consultative role where I initially worked as an Account Manager with Replicon. My role here was to work with a captive account set and ensure that they were using our solutions optimally. I was the SPOC for them for all their needs including tech support, enhancements, customization, process defining, as well as sales which was the main goal. Owing to my performance as an Individual Contributor in this role, I was promoted to the below role.  I then moved to a team management role within Replicon where I used to manage the team which took care of the migration of legacy customers (on-premise) to a cloud platform. This team was spread across India, Australia, UK & USA. Here my role was to train and upscale the team so they could not only sell the value of Cloud but also understand the business challenges and suggest suitable mitigation steps. However, I used to personally manage the coordination with the tech & implementation team internally. In this role, I also used to directly manage certain strategic clients owing to their business sensitivities. The large enterprises (Fortune 100s), Federal organizations and Ivy League schools were managed directly by me.  I currently head the sales/business development for Talview for I have my team spread across Gurgaon, Bangalore, Chennai & Mumbai. Apart from spearheading the revenue generation for the company, I do manage some high-value clients myself. I am also managing (as a placeholder) our NA sales team. In this role, I have already brought in 17X growth in Customer Base & 212X in Revenue.
